Sexual harassment is the most common type of workplace harassment. Join us in this webinar where Karen Sloat will coach participants on what sexual harassment looks like, what to do when an employee reports someone for sexual harassment, and the potential consequences for employers who ignore potential sexual harassment claims.

Karen Sloat has a career spanning over 30 years in many practice areas and three states – California, Colorado, and Hawaii. Her broad scope of experience has led to successful jury verdicts, valuable judgments in bench trials, and beneficial outcomes to all of her clients when transactions, mediations, arbitrations, or other matters conclude.

Ms. Sloat is a certified mediator retained by individuals and businesses to resolve disputes on various legal issues. She also serves as a volunteer mediator in the Riverside County Superior Courts and lectures on labor law and non-profit law issues across Southern California.
